only towards myself. when it manifests I self harm, drink, practice hanging myself. it's been years since I've unleashed on anyone or anything elseVery much so. I control myself very well, but I carry around a lot of anger and hate with me. It got me into a lot of trouble, particularly during my school years when I couldn't control it very well.
