I do not know the exact wording of the quote. And it is a quote from someone who disappointed me with this stance. I really like to watch one youtuber. Once he talked assisting suicide... He told something like it is very controversial whether terminal ill people should get assisted suicide. And then he said: But obivously no mentally ill people should get assisted suicide. He said something like he absolutely won't allow any discussion about that and he does not want to hear anyone who disagrees with him.
