Hi everyone,

Does anyone know any quick methods to help relieve anxiety right at the moment you feel it coming? I've heard that deep breathing works. I usually get heart palpitations, a weird feeling in my stomach and I'm unable to breathe calmly; it kicks in sometimes and anything helpful that would relieve these would be great!

Yeah, deep breathing does help. And so does grounding yourself, sometimes I just hold onto or feel something solid like a table in front of me or a chair I'm sitting on and it's a physical reminder of where I am, and it sort of helps with bringing me back to reality. Also there are breathing exercises that you can find online, ones that you can sync your breathing to.
