Hi, I would like to preface this by saying your answers may be used in a project.
The project is supposed to be a documentary pertaining to the subject of resilience and how recovery has helped you overcome challenges.
I am making this project to connect with others and document my own mental health journey. I am looking for support and I apologize if this is insensitive.

1. Are there any particular significant goals that reflect resilience in your mental health journey? If so, tell me about them
2. What has made you into the person you are now? How have you grown as a person?
3. Where are you now in your journey compared to when you started recovery?
