Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

So Im gonna receive my SN soon so I have some questions.

1. Do I need fast whole two days or one day is okay? Information varies on this. I wanted to fast only 14 hours but I think my stomachs will still not be empty. I've also have have gastritis and I don't plan to take ibuprofen because I'm afraid that a large number of drugs will cause difficulties.

2. I Have 50x10mg of Valium tablets. Do I need use them all or small amount is needed?

3. Is it okay to drink benzos first and only then SN?

1) Long term fasting really is counter-productive. Not sure where it became a mainstream idea that it helps. Arguably it makes things worse. It only takes 4 hours for food to leave your stomach. 2-6 after that to leave the small intestine, where the SN is absorbed. Therefore, 8-12 hours is advised. I am planning on 8. Fasting longer will likely make you more nauseous and irritate your stomach. I agree with not taking ibuprofen. A large dose like that will irritate the stomach. Would lean towards acetaminophen or nothing, personally.

2) It depends on whether you want it to immediately knock you out or just sedate yourself/reduce anxiety. Consult the PPH.

3) This is what I plan on doing, but it is risky. The risk is the benzos may knock you out first before you are able to drink the SN. There are records of this happening on the site. I personally am planning on 5-10 minutes before the SN.
