Can I take a bite of a little chocolate after drinking the sn? I will spit it out after, just to get rid of the sn aftertaste. If not what can I do? Also I only have clonazepam as benzos, should I crush it and mix it with the sn or take it before?

you could mix it with some flavouring, as they did in Jonestown. I suspect chocolate would also have no adverse effect on the SN.

I don't think that's advisable at all. Chocolate is one of the most difficult to digest items and if taken with SN, will most certainly help induce vomiting. SN will turn the stomach acidic. Chocolate will worsen it.. I am planning to use a benzocaine gel to numb the tongue to mask the unpleasant taste of SN.

It's okay as long as you dont swallow the chocolate, mouthwash also works. For the benzos drink separately, I prefer before the SN but make sure to prepare SN beside you first. The PPH recommends crushed benzo but i think non crushed can work as well, you just have to time it correctly.

I think you prepare SN beside you first so you don't accidentally fell asleep. Then when the peak effect hit, take SN

It's a lot but the PPeH recommends a full card of oxazepam 20×30 mg, which is around 20mg of clonazepam according to most sources. Since the goal is to speed up unconciousness a high dose may be ideal.

Buy a small nylon that is applied to the tongue to protect against unpleasant tastes on AliExpress, it is the safest and most secure way to not negatively affect the protocol and to protect yourself from the unpleasant taste.

It's best to not ingest anything else other than the meds/SN as this can prolong the SN absorption and add more chance to you vomiting.

Someone else mentioned this as well and I also will be using benzocaine on my tongue before drinking SN and then rinsing with water then mouthwash.

For the benzo, I would suggest taking them prior to the SN. I plan to take 9mg of Xanax and waiting until I can feel the affects start, then drinking the first cup of SN. With big doses, the effects should still be gradual and give you enough time to drink the second cup if you vomit within the first 10 minutes.

Isn't 9mg a lot ? I'm looking for infos on that aswell, timing/quantity of ingesting benzos and not making the vomitting worse.

I was thinking of taking 2mg of Xan(onset 20/30mn)1h before ingesting SN so i can feel relaxed but still able to do the rest and then take 20mg dissolved in water after the 1st cup of SN...

The one I got is a gel that you squeeze out of a tube. I plan to use a Q-tip and cover the top and sides thoroughly right before drinking SN. I'd do at least one test to see how it works when you drink something salty to know how much to use.

Yes it is a lot. Normal dose is around .5mg.

PPH protocol calls for an OD of the benzo to ensure a quicker loss of consciousness. If following the PPH, you'd want to take ~34mg of Xanax to equal their dose of a different benzo. Most people I could find who incorporate a benzo go with smaller amounts, including as low as yours. Though from my testing, 2mg (I think you meant mg based on context lol) is maybe enough to curb some of my SI but may take some time to pass out from it alone, especially through the adrenaline from the experience/SN. That's why I'm aiming a bit higher as of now to help me lose consciousness faster.

People's experiences with benzos differ a lot so I'd suggest test dosing with time in between (to reset tolerance) to see how it affects you under normal conditions.

Weirdly, the PPH suggests taking the OD of benzo right after the SN. Not sure how helpful it would be at that point as the drop in blood pressure from SN will probably be the only reason for loss of consciousness after 10-15 mins. in 10-15 minutes, the benzo will just then be entering the intestines. But I could be wrong. I still need to do more testing with crushed pills and higher doses.

Your plan sounds good with the 2mg first to help with SI and anxiety while preparing the SN. But like I mentioned above, taking the benzo after doesn't sound like it will do much to help. Unless you have different experiences than myself, which could easily be true. Test it out! (lower dose ofc)

Yeah that's whats bothering me, i feel like it would be better to time a dosage of crushed benzo before ingesting SN, otherwise you won't feel the effects probably like you mentioned.

From what i've read if you drink crushed Xanax the effects kicks in a bit faster, between 15-20mn but that's tricky to time it perfectly so it doesn't prevent you from drinking SN.

Exactly. That's why I'm doing a lot of testing personally so that I can time it well.

I've also heard this but have yet to test crushed mixed with water. I think I will tomorrow!
