Question about SN

I take medication for anxiety/depression/insomnia to some extent, 2.5mg olanzapine every day. I have some SN on the way and I'm thinking ahead - should I stop taking meds to let my body prepare for SN? I want to be sure the SN works and don't want any unforseen complications to fuck it all up

It says here that they already act as an antiemetic, no need to stop or take additional antiemetic.
