Oh cool. Flip Your Wig is probably my favourite Hüsker Dü album but Zen Arcade is ace. Never saw them but I got to see Sugar in 1993 – they were awesome.

Oh yeah, a lot of thrash metal in the 80s takes heavy influence from the hardcore scene.
