But I'll make it special, I'll douse myself in petrol, and set myself on fire before I jump.

I'm having a drink now, and listening to my exit playlist.

If I can generate the anger/bollocks, I'll just plunge myself tonight.

I'm not fucking about with these lying CUNTS anymore.

For the record, been sectioned 28 times for SERIOUS overdoses. Life support, comas, the lot. But I haven't stockpiled, so that's not an option.

But I am ANGRY, and want to make this one violent.

Maybe you should have few drinks and it will cool you down. Doing things in anger never leads to good outcomes.
These 'experts' or what they call themselves just want to make their money. They really don't give a fuck if you plunge yourself or burn yourself to death your only causing more suffering to yourself. And they still get their money at the months end.
Why not go out nice and pieceful instead? Just my thoughts. You do what you think is best for you.

Would you like to share what your psychologist and psychiatrist did so that we can better understand what's going? As someone who has also been screwed by therapists and institutions, I wonder if you don't you think you can also make a statement by not killing yourself because of them? Are those fucking around with you really worth it?

Please don't make your death more violent and painful for yourself because of them. They won't feel it, but you will.

You have every right to decide what to do as far as living or dying, but it's hard to support someone wanting to really hurt themselves in the process for the sake of other people.

I get that you want to die. My wish for you would be that you would give yourself enough grace to go peacefully or in the least, quickly. You deserve that. These people don't deserve your pain.

Please be kind to yourself, even in the end.
