I'm trying to get the list for my CTB done, but I'm missing a few things:
Propranolol and Plasil. Where can I get these online without prescription?

Thank you, and while I'm there, here's the things that I'm gonna use:
- Ibuprofen 600 mg
- Plasil 10 mg
- Tagamet 400 mg
- Ondansentron 8 mg
- Propranolol 40 mg
- SN from DMC
- Alprazolam (I have it in a solution, don't how many drops should I use)

Feel free to give me any advice you may have to make it even more fool-proof and peaceful!

According to the latest guides, propranolol and an antacid are not necessary.

There is even some controversy that propranolol may make CTB worse.
I don't know what the final consensus and research is, but there are doubts.

I read posts from both sides, can you pass me a link with the updated guides? Anyway, I think I'd rather prolong the CTB than face tachycardia…

Hmmm, it's hard for me to find specific threads that talk about this right now, but I always share this thread that has the most basic information at the moment:

There's a brief mention of propranolol.

There's also information about antacids and the controversy surrounding them in this thread.

This thread should be read by anyone considering CTB using SN

Definitely get Plasil (metoclopramide) or another D2 dopamine antagonist if possible. Propranolol is an optional "luxury" item and there's some debate about Tagamet (many have used it successfully, but its benefits "cannot be established", which is why it was removed from the protocol), still strongly recommended to incorporate. There's really no reason not to.

Re the antacid, here is from Dr. PN of PPH directly on that subject as well:

Even though most people may still experience nausea, meto has a prokinetic effect that helps move SN from the stomach to the small intestine more quickly. The improvement in gastric motility is particularly beneficial for this type of AE, more so than its anti-nausea properties. While it's true that some have succeeded without any AE at all, adding metoclopramide seems like a smart choice. If you're already considering sourcing metoclopramide, adding propranolol could be an easy decision as well.

Many offshore pharmacies provide these medications without a prescription, but it's important to do your research to ensure you select a reliable one.

As for the Alprazolam drops, it is going to depend how many mg are in each ml or each drop or what the measurement is. If you drop those details I am sure someone would give a suggested dose. Ultimately if you do not have any benzo tolerance, it will be a nice addition for sure. Benzos are a very nice luxury item t have handy!

With whatever you decide, hope you find everything you are looking for and get peace & serenity.

Alprazolam is 0,75 mg/ml. Do you have any advice on any offshore pharmacy?

I'm starting to run a bit low on funds... Do you perhaps already have the link ready?

i know you said online without a prescription, is there a reason you can't get a prescription for it?

only because, where i live, it's the first line med doctors prescribe for any kind of anxiety, so rly easy to get. but maybe it's different in other places?

Nah, here they're a bit more skeptical, without a psychiatric evaluation they won't give you stuff for anxiety
