Does anyone have any thoughts on how to take the 800mg of propranolol with SN. I know that the PPH says to dissolve it in water with the SN. I also know that some others are thinking about taking them separately. Any more thoughts?

I would take about a gram or maybe a little more than a gram at approximately twenty minutes prior.
