How many milligrams of propranolol I am supposed to take before SN? I took just 10 mg to see how I react, and it slowed down my heart rate to 55bpm, and I felt really uncomfortable. I am afraid if I take more, I will pass out before taking SN.

based on the several threads i've read here, one is supposed to take around 400mg of crushed propranolol mixed in with the SN drink.@thebunny is right but propranolol is not a required medicine. Antiemetics on the other hand are important.

I think if you really want to ctb propranolol makes it much more likely you will succeed. 400 to 800mg crushed in water minimum i reckon. You can od propranolol too so the mix helpsSimilar threads
