Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Propofol is intended for intravenous administration only.
Tell me, please, what will happen if propofol is injected into the muscle?

Please don't call me stupid, I'm really stupid in these matters.
I just want to find out what might happen if I inject propofol into a muscle.

Believe me, I have looked at a bunch of pages on the Internet and have not found anywhere information about what will happen if propofol gets past the vein / into the muscle....

Maybe there are people here who know.

I need propofol for drowning

If you administer propofol IM, it will cause necrosis, just like barbiturates. Propofol is administered IV only.

Propofol is an intravenous anesthetic. No reason to inject it into a muscle if you can even get it somehow. It's locked up in hospitals, at least in the U.S.
