Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I know propanolol is useful to take when doing the SN method to ensure fainting but I don't understand why the PPeH instructs us to mix the beta blocker with sn. Propranolol takes up to an hour to take effect properly, wouldn't it be more effective to take an hour before ?

Also if anyone knows any benzos that could quickly pass you out ?

When you crush a pill and mix it, it will or should give an instant effect. It is why guide instruct to mix it.

If you are just taking the pill as it is (without crushing) then will take 40mins to take effect.
