Since it's really hard to find any surgery related anti emetics on the dark web I'm debating using promethazine before SN. Does this sound like a good idea. I bought domperidone but it won't be here for a long time and I don't wanna wait.

Gonna bump this because I'm wondering the same. I don't want to wait a couple weeks for meto when I have a whole bottle of this in the fridge.
Reading up on it, I've found that it's been used to control nausea and vomiting in chemo patients. Food for thought.
