• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I didnt ry know how else to word this, but basically I've been beating my leg with a hammer for a day or two now. I've done it on my left leg right below my knee, right above my ankle, and then my ankle bone. My goal is not necessarily for the bruising, but for the pain (obviously) and so I can have trouble walking on that leg. I know this whole thing is weird—maybe im just stupid and weird. Im at the point where its brushing slowly, and it hurts from just even touching it. Im getting there, surely but slowly.

Lots of people who struggle with mental health self harm. You're not weird don't worry. Just know you're not alone. I think it's how our brains try to cope with extreme depression. All I can say is there's no judgement here. Maybe finding someone to talk to about it who deals with the same impulses might help?
