I care mate, and as you can see from the other responses, so do other people here. Sometimes the sanest voices come from people you don't even know.
Regarding Facebook, I wouldn't go too much on what social media feedback you get. Most of the time, people only ever advertise their best bits on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter etc. They show people their new car/motorbike, their new puppy/kitten, they show their holiday/vacation pictures, post updates telling people what they had for breakfast and (as Renton said in Trainspotting 2) "hope that someone, somewhere cares", they talk about their perfect girlfriend/wife/boyfriend/husband, how they love their job or something or other. Trust me, behind closed doors, their s**t smells just the same as anyone elses and they have their problems just the same as anyone else - they're human, nothing more, nothing less. Social media is, for the best part, a game of keeping up with the Jones'.
A lot of people caught up in the game of social media, keep up with the Jones' ping-pong don't know what to make of someone who steps outside of the box and speaks out about feeling crap. We are all meant to be happy, 100% of the time damn it, didn't you know?
So, don't let that grind you down, as hard as that may be. Trust me.
Best thing I ever did was get rid of all of my social media profiles. I was told by someone wiser than me that my recovery should start with that. And so, I made it so.
Again, don't let that grind you down.
