Prepping to take SN.

So I dont have SN on me actually right now, but I have some otw. I keep hearing about cups, would I mix the SN with water and drink it? Still am new to it obviously cuz u only die once. And then what would be best to take alongside it, like something to prevent me from vomitting, something to prevent me from panicking. Idk. I want to die as peacefully as possible, obv taking my own life isnt peaceful but you know what I mean. I dont want to panic, and I want the whole process to go smoothly, where I injest the SN, while watching something that calms me down then lay down and rest. Is that an option or…?

You can take Dramamine to help with nausea but I'm not sure if it interferes so I'd use the search feature and go check out the sn mega thread is where it's at I believe? Yeah but I also second having a comfort show on. I'm going have mine on my phone but I'll either be in a tent or in my car depending on what I decide the time comes. I've also heard of other prescriptions medications being used (bought after market or prescription) to help reduce anxiety
