Prep Sn?

Is there anything I should do before taking the sN? "Practice?"
Note written. Have to find a place to do it. Live with ex and parents. Hotel seems unfair. Just like at the beach? Won't be found. It hurts too much to be alive.

I'd recommend doing a "dry run" of the supporting drugs (e.g. antiemetic, and anything else) to make sure you can tolerate them. I think the PPeH recommended that as well, IIRC.
