Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

how do you guys practice at home ? I remember one picture here of a lady who tied elastic stocking around her neck and died. Has anybody tried partial hanging with elastic stocking ?
sounds so easy!!
I tried with a shoe lace and a charger cable as tight as possible but wasn't able to pass out. ended up giving up.
I got a rope from amazon and practiced putting it around my neck and pushing into it.
I felt like I definitely could pass out from that but stopped because my parents were in the house.
Going to try again when I have at least an hour to myself.
I think I'm definitely one of those people who don't pass out easily which scares me. the attempt could be a complete failure

I think you should use something more than a charging cable or a shoelace. Definitely don't use a charging cable. Try and get an appropriately sized rope if you can.
there is something I don't understand. With partial hanging people wrap their necks with rope and still apply pressure because the other end of the rope is attached to anchor point. What I don't get is there are people who only wrap their necks with elastic stocking, tie this stocking but this is it . There is no pressure because there is no anchor point but those people still die. How do they do it ? No pressure from anchor point but they still die from only tying nylon stocking around the neck ?

the elastic stocking constricts the neck and closes the arteries. it doesnt matter if the pressure is due to your body weight or due to elasticity. as long as there is enough pressure in the neck to close the carotid arteries, you can die.

She had a seizure immediately after stepping off the stack of books. It brought her legs and arms up, so she experienced full suspension. No idea if she planned to die or was just playing around.
The seizure is caused by interrupting blood flow to the brain. She had an extreme reaction and that killed her.
Most have their arms raise for a bit then go back down. Some have no reaction at all.
Her luck I guess.

I tied a rope to the bar in my closet to make sure it would hold. My vision blurred and my hearing was weird. It was peaceful and if I hadnt stopped myself I probably would have passed. I could feel myself loosing consciousness. I could see myself ending it that way.
Technically, it does not. You can close off your arteries just by pressing with your fingers.
I have a 12mm mooring rope that I use for practice. I wrap a washcloth around the front of it for padding. I put my head in a slipknot at one end and throw the other over a beam in my house. I pull on the loose end to create pressure and if I ever pass out, my hands will let go of the rope and the pressure is off.
You will get very dizzy very quickly. If you look up videos of a "blood choke" it is the same thing. You cut off blood supply to the head and the person passes out in 5-15 seconds. You should still be able to breathe and you should not feel pressure or "fullness" in your head (although you might but hopefully you pass out soon). It is tricky to get just right and it takes lots of leaning forward, standing up, adjusting, then trying again.
I've recently read, well several times something I somehow found in scribt I think that is a guide to partial suspension and pretty well written and researched. Lots of "what works for some won't work for others". He suggests below the Addams apple about a finger or 2, fwiw.
I've tried uno times and nowhere near passing out within a minute - he says to abort if not out within a minute.
I have this feeling, sorta like with everything I seem to donor be or feel for quite awhile, that I also am one who just won't pass out. I tried the hyperventilate/hold your breath and not even close.
That was my way of- simple, quick and even I learned how to properly tie knots. The set up was good - I just can't pass out or even get close.
it looks like drinking chemical that dissolves dirt in pipes is the only option but it is horribly painful. people say that if you want to die you dont care about pain
