• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I don't believe there's any problem with PPI. This is because it's been both ok to use SN with and without antacids, for example. They both work. And other than that, SN completely floods your system if you take the right dose, so can't have meaningful interactions with medication. The only thing you don't want to do is take medication that makes you feel more sick than SN.

There are articles here stating to be off ppi 2 weeks... that low acid will not mix well with sn and just not work right...........
I feel ppi ruined my gut now it's preventing me from ctb. It causes low acid then you can't digest food well then malabsorption and for me pain.

When you dump SN into stomach acid, which is hydrochloric acid, it generates nitric oxide which can give the headache. I'm not sure why it's not now recommended to take PPIs.
