I hadn't been on PPH website for a while until yesterday I saw that I needed to request to be transferred to the Essentials PPH by sending them a video. I've done that now. Does anyone know how long it takes to be transferred over? Thanks

Yes, you have to send them a video by clicking on a link to ask to be transferred. Its records for a minute and you have to show ID on the video.

i did the same thing and nothing in two days

Everyone does yeah. New subscribers and anyone transferring subscriptions.

I emailed them and asked when I would be transferred. I have been now

No. I never had to transfer anything because ive only ever had PPeH
