I've uploaded a copy of the March 2020 Edition of the PPeH:
Please don't reply to this thread, PM me instead, so keeping this thread uncluttered.
Credit goes to Yomyom for the original upload (thankyou) - unfortunately a number of users were unable to view that variant.
This variant was created with Adobe Acrobat Pro so those unable to view Yomyom's upload should be able to view this one.
I've verified the upload works, so if you are having issues, then the issue is likely to be at your end.
I looked into OCRing this edition, i.e. creating a text searchable variant. However, the results were mixed despite using the market leader.
NB: As with all uploads you should treat any email or website address with skepticism - scammers post altered documents containing their own contact details. One tactic they use is to post a link an un-adulterated document, wait til their document gets a "good" reputation, then at a later date, alter the document to contain a false address. While I have checked the email address for A, you should by default verify the address, or any other address, in any document, yourself. Comparing addresses with *multiple* older editions of the PPeH is good start. The change in address is usually very subtle, i.e. just one letter, therefore hard to spot - so take your time.
