Im so sorry to keep asking questions but I'm considering doing this tonight. If you take benzos and then sn wnat is the likely hood of you falling off bed (making noise) would it be better to take a bunch of benzos drink sn and lay on floor Instead? Thank you. It's my time.

it's gonna sound silly but you're far from the first person to struggle with the fasting portion. day of is gonna give you some feelings, cortisol etc and eating is a comfort thing for a ton of people. it makes sense you're in no way deserving of shame or anything like that. i'm sorry your window is so tough.

I agree with others, being on the floor with nothing around you that may cause loud noise if knocked over. just make sure to have whatever you're gonna puke in nearby.

I can't speak on that user. it's certainly more difficult if you don't but not impossible I would say. like you said nighttime might be your best bet.

Often its not puking a massive amount, just retching and spitting up since your body will try to evacuate the poison. Thats why its recommended to have two glasses ready so when/if you puke up what you took in you can redose just to make sure there is enough left in your system
