My breakfast or first meal is usually (vanilla) soy yogurt with cinnamon and different fruits...sorry, doesn't look that good - I usually don't take pics of my food because it's always a mess lol

I've had this the other day and I am very proud of it. I was high on pot and got creative, lol. It is baked beans, tuna, mushrooms, olives, jalapenos and grated parmesan in one plate; crackers and cold cuts in another.

I blended spinach, kale, an egg and 28g of skim mozzarella together in a blender, spread it on a baking sheet and baked each side for 5 minutes. Then you top and bake again. Works well for a tortilla replacement also
