Remember. We are always here. Sometimes it isn't time and sometimes talking it out is what it takes to get over the hump. I have depression. Know what it is like when an episode kicks in.
Thank you, I really am glad that this community exist. At times like these at least I don't feel alone. Yes when it kicks in, it is very terrible. Watching the life you had falls apart in front of you. Thank you once again guys
We die many deaths, really. Life crumbles, death stares in the face. One day it may be that death will win the contest, but not necessarily now. I think most people with enough intelligence/sensitivity die many deaths before they die the final one.
Don't feel sorry or embarrassed. Your feelings are valid and no one can tell you otherwise.
It's not your time yet.
Has your partner talked to you again?
I'm glad you took time for yourself today. You should be proud of that, because it's not easy.
You'll know when it's the right time, and we'll support you while you're here. You really have nothing to be sorry for. I'm pretty sure everyone knows what it feels like to hit that point... I've had to ask for help getting through my own episodes a few times here. The depression tends to take over and create panic.
But just remember: this is your life, and you can always die later but you can't change your mind and come back. That's why it's so important to be calm and rational when making these decisions.

Thank you for your advice last night, makes me think and calmed down. Yes, I would think that depression is the worst for mental sickness. It makes us do something that we don't actually want, making impulse decision that might makes everything worse.
