Good on you, congrats hope one day I can type these words. Doesn't look very good my pill addiction.
You'll get there. Addiction is no joke. Be kind to yourself during the process. It usually takes me at least 2 years to kick a habit. I've quit alcohol, benzos and cigarettes. This recent habit was more psychological rather than a substance.

I told them I'm not kissing ass and this is a bit anti ethic but now I'm just me not the patient.

Opioid pils here , Benzos I can kinda manage it, used to smoke 2 packs of Marlboro red a day, switched to vaping 4 years ago. Prob worse, but do enjoy my nicotine.

I never picked up vaping. It just doesn't hit the way cigarettes did so I never got into it. I think it is better than smoking.

Caffeine is the drug I refuse to let go even though with my anxiety I should.

You @Sherri are a very kind-, and good-hearted soul and doing something nice for folks, in my opinion is never "kissing ass". I time to time, take candy, sodas. etc to my medical team when I go for an appointment to brighten their day and say thank you.

You are a person who looks out for others and that is just so awesome!!!

Ohhh I love my double espressos, a ciggie goes so well with espresso. Vaping has a kick just depends on how much nicotine you chose, I started with 11mg of nicotine with cinnamon flavoured, goes hand and hand with the vaping. But the thing is it does builds lots of clouds though. I miss driving while smoking. But can't go back now.
