Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

They say trusting the information of AI chatbots is really dangerous. But I think it is also dangeorus to trust half-knowledge from strangers online. Personally, for me it really depends. On life or death decision I am trusting noone lightly. It is always good to triple or quadruple check and to think it all through carefully. There are threads on here that I wouldn't consider high quality. At the same time it is true not to take AI chatbots as ultimate sources. Doing own research and to think critically is always important.

On some issues I think I have more faith in the answer of an AI chatbot. Sometimes I have more trust in SaSu members. But you cannot generalize all SaSu members. The actual answer for me is very context dependent. And explicitly I am not talking about life or death decisions. One difference might also be. We are strangers on the internet. People take such opinions often with a grain of salt. While people overestimate the accuracy of AI chatbots. My answer is it depends. But we had to talk about a specific example to make it more concrete.

I don't trust AI. I used it when I was trying to get opinions about my boyfriend and looking back it just gave me answers that meant nothing to my relationship and it even tried to tell me how I feel. It is better to get advice and opinions from real people because they tend to not coddle and instead just support.

It can't even do math right half the time. I was trying to figure out calorie numbers and it was a little confusing and it gave me answers that I knew were wrong without even knowing how to do it myself with how off it was.

"It depends" imo. I consulted Perplexity, Copilot, and the Google/Ecosia AI, and they provided some helpful tips imo.

I asked them mostly things about supplements and my symptoms. So, maybe these AI Chatbots answer not with direct solutions, but at least some explanations about the underlying causes. I asked them things about my CO method too, all said it's very lethal.

I'm still not sure. A lot of things seem too vague to me. Someone on here replied to me my CO method will fail because the device produces too much CO2 not CO. What I'm looking for help with are online reports about fatal accidents involving carbon monoxide. Just recently, there was again a case of a woman and her daughter who supposedly died from CO poisoning by a car. Maybe I should just use my mother's car instead of the 6L Camping Petroliumofen (petroleum heater/portable kerosene stove heater for camping).

Honestly, it's awful that I have to consider something like this and can't just buy something like pentobarbital at the store like shampoo, take it, and simply be gone.
