I think Arnold Palmer's penis was decisive for the election. That got him a lot of voters in the swing states.

Nah the real clincher for this election was obviously Peanut the Squirrel. Last time Trump won was also a year when a famous animal died unjustly in a blue state and became a martyr. That animal was Harambe the Gorilla who was shot in 2016.

Clearly to win next time, all the democrats have to do is make sure no animals die on their watch. Or, if you really wanna go by the Republican playbook, maybe they can get some beloved animal to die in a red state in 2028 though that's a harder strategy to copy tbh…

I think being shot in the ear and surviving assassination attempts is pretty hard to beat. That will give you plenty of votes.
