No idea, will come down to either accepting how shit I am (like I managed to do and hold for one or two days a month back) and thereby lowering my stress levels to the point where ctb is not necessary (this in combination with using my neo-cortex more frequently) or eventually seeing an opportunity and bravely using my rope.

I can go anytime as I have SN, but I'll have to get over my SI and I'm still trying to have hope that things will get better, but who knows if they will. I'll only go immediately if I go blind, go deaf or become homeless.

Deciding between within the next week or two, and waiting for a special date in April. My hesitation about April is that I will likely be discovered 48+ h later (d/t missing work), and that will be the date that will end up being recorded. If I were to use a delayed notification system, I'd risk being caught because I can't do it earlier in the day d/t obligations I can't get out of.

I would like to do it 3/14, but am not doing well and don't think I can manage to get the place presentable by then.

A couple of weeks ago I was so sure I wanted to be gone before March 31st and the only thing that helped me get past that period was the lack of a painless method. Now I'm unsure when to ctb or if I even want to cbt still (for now). I certainly see society's logic in making cbt difficult
