I'm not an expert in poisons or in knifes, however, I learned some stuff about poison in this site so I recommend you to explore the wiki. Also I suppose that killing yourself with a knife is pretty hard if you don't know where you need to cut or stab. You can also use both idk.

I would choose none of them but if there's no other choice, poison I guess...
Although I have no clue about what kind of poison would really work (and not be so painful).
