New game. Nothing personal at all. How tf do you tell someone who knows about your anxiety, ocd, etc. to leave your house when they have overstayed their welcome and have ruined your daily routines? I'll start:

I actually have a really close female friend who suffers from anxiety (brain-crush). We hang out regularly (pre-covid) cos physical contact/lounging around together makes her feel safe and calm, but when it all gets a bit too much, she simply says "you really need to go" and that's all it takes.
Even if we're mid-conversation, I'll grab my things and I'm out the door within minutes, because the last thing I want to do is cause my friend distress. If your visitor/friend/family member/random person doesn't understand that, then they don't have your best interests at heart, and you need to be blunt with them. Anyone who cares about you will understand (especially if they know about your anxiety).
And if all else fails.....
You can't have guests that outstay their welcome if you never welcome guests...

When i'm in that situation i tell them straight that i've reached my limit and must be alone now. Thos that get close enough for that situation arise know me well enough that it happens sometimes and they respect it. Typically my interactions with others are engineered so that situation doesn't arise though. It's not easy and takes times and multiple attempts but setting boundaries and explaining them to others can make it all easier.
Failing that, start doing something weird to make them uncomfortable like get naked, chant random shit to the unicorn gods and hopefully they'll be freaked out and chose to leave.

Thanks for the advice everyone! I feel so bad telling anyone to leave but you're right, if I care and I don't want them to see dragon me, I need to speak up. I talked to my friend about it after reading this thread and she was super understanding
Also, this spoiler was hilarious haha

Only semi-related but I don't understand people who blab incessantly and can't figure out when someone is just not that interested in talking. I mean if you are giving a 30 minute monologue with limited input from the other person / not even giving them a chance to respond, that just might be rude as fuck. Unbearable time wasters.

THIS EXACTLY!! I feel like you have to be so selfish to be able to talk for so long straight with little more than the other person saying "yeah" "hah" or "ok." And then that for hours with someone who's trying to get a word in and then gives up....i don't get it.
