please help, need ctb recommendations

hi everyone. i live in the usa where i assume most things are inaccessible. i am wondering about the least painful way to CTB? is there any pills or concoctions i can get my hands on over the internet or something? i am at my wits end. i want out but i don’t want to jump or hang or drown… i just want to go to sleep and not wake up!! please. if anyone has any suggestions PLEASE let me know

There are ways how to OD on described in the PPeH. But getting the required drugs/meds may be difficult to impossible. You could consider the CO method (with charcoal) in a tent/room. Also you can check the Suicide Resource Compilation and you could consider inert gas/ N2 with exit bag or SCBA mask.
