I have prayed to so many Hindu gods and goddesses seeking a relief from my depression. Did so many rituals etc . But no relief yet . I have been thinking maybe it's time to seek help from dark powers probably the satan or devil. I don't know how to . Can anyone help me ? Guide me ? No medicine has helped so far hence turning to this route.

Got question - what makes you think that when "light" gods didn't answer your pleas, "dark" ones will?
I mean, if the "light" ones are supposed to be benevolent and they still turned out to be assholes, leaving you without support, why god-level designated assholes are supposed to be better in this matter?

I'm not judging but I'm curious as to why you think satan/a devil, a creature which according to lore exists solely to delight in suffering, would want to help people with their depression. Seems counterproductive to their jobs lol

If you want to get involved in religion, there are many many different ones out there aside from just the Hindu ones. I don't pray these days but for a while I prayed to a couple ones from Pagan mythos. Hestia in particular always seemed to give me a sense of calm after prayers- placebo? Maybe. But if it helps it helps. And while there's no "Satan" equivalent in Paganism per se, there are many dark deities associated with shadow work (AKA working on parts of yourself you would rather not think about). That might be helpful for something heavy like depression. If anything it can be a method of introspection.

I think you're talking about tantra sadhna but that's not possible to do without a guru. Also, it doesn't involve praying to the "devil" and I don't think it's going to help you, sorry.

i am an agnostic but i lean more towards the supernatural than skepticism, so i would not try to invoke evil/dark entities regardless if it exist or not but if you want to carry on i guess just pray and ask for things to them like you would do to any other god
