Please critique my SN protocol

Hi everyone,

I've ordered SN and some medication which I'm expecting to arrive in the next 2 weeks. In the meantime time I wanted to get my plan in order so please let me know what you think and if I've made any mistakes. I've followed the format from a previous thread I found.

2 cups of SN 25g sn/50ml water each. I weigh roughly 74kg
8-12 hour food fasting. (I'm assuming sleeping counts?)
2-3 hour of liquid fasting
1 hour before taking the SN I will take 1000mg paracetamol and 2-3 pills of propranolol with little water.
45 minutes before the SN I will take 4x5mg Prochlorperazine.
Drink 1 cup of SN. If I vomit within 10 - 15 minutes I will drink the second glass.
Lay down.

Yes sleeping counts and this is overall pretty good as it is but the one thing missing would be benzodiazepines i think that could be better to take instead of taking paracetamol because benzos can put you to sleep altogether instead of being just good for headaches and it also circumvents the likely epileptic seizure that could happen from taking sn by the way if a seizure happens it can make quite a lot of noise and if you're not completely alone you'd be risking being found (u should probably take into account the possibility of a seizure cuz it has been reported by a handful of ppl as a symptom even though it doesn't always necessarily happen)

Why do you need to take other drugs. Won't SN work with just taking anti nausea meds before? How long does it take to die?

Also if I weigh 49kg should I take same amt of sn and so you dissolve in water

You need approx 1gm of SN per your weight in KG.

Yes that is wrong. You have to be careful on this forum as people confidently state wrong things and that's quite a problem given the topic of this forum. For example the first reply on this post, like so many people here, say it's good to take an extremely large amount of benzos or other sedatives so that it knocks you out before the SN does, but they don't see how early loss of consciousness is a problem as you can throw up the SN (inspite of antiemetics) and need to be conscious to drink the next glass. I have been reading quite a lot to find a solution to this and a verdict, but the community seems to be vague on this.

Only hope is a large amount of successful SN suicides that one can look up for reference. For now I think I'm going to stick to just antiemetics and SN, and if I go for sedatives I will not do any overkill amount, only something like a regular prescribed amount to help with the anxiety. But I don't think I need that I'm pretty used operating handling extreme anxiety and panic. Might skip it all together.
