plastic bag method?

hey everyone, im thinking of CTB tonight but conflicted about the best method to go with:
I have SN but I'm tempted to try the plastic bag method bc I fear throwing up the SN or having brain damage. can anyone weigh in on which method would be an easier/less peaceful death? (i don't have any anti-emetics and it's too late at night, where I am to go get some from the store)

For the exit bag method, you need inert gas or strong sedative/sleep drugs. Without it, panic and SI will be insurmountable.

Try putting a bag over your head and see how it feels. It's quite easy to see how difficult it would be without an inert gas. The archives are littered with tales of people who woke up only to find they tore the bag off and it's been thrown across the room, despite them not being conscious.

Sorry to rain on your parade but without inert gas this is a torture method, not a suicide one.

The plastic bag method with sleeping pills is also difficult to succeed with because the bag must be big enough for you to end up in a coma otherwise you will rip off the plastic bag from the head when you are sleeping. However, the plastic bag method without sleeping pills is more reliable. There are plastic bags that let oxygen particles through so use two or three plastic bags. Perform the plastic bag method without drugs and handcuff yourself. Or the duct tape method and handcuffs. These methods shouldn´t fail. You will faint within four minutes so the suffering will not be for a long time.

With helium he would be unconscious in Seconds maybe minutes and could tie his hands or something because with the inert method I've read people while Unconscious rip the bag off because of stupid things in our bodies that try and prevent people from dying

That won't work. I tried the plastic-bag method about 14 years ago—it was the only time I'd actually managed to attempt suicide, despite my having had suicidal ideations since late childhood. I put a shopping bag over my head and tightened it using the handles, thinking that I'd asphyxiate and die. Survival instinct kicked in, so I yanked the bag off. This time I plan on using a more reliable method.

Yea that's not that you need a inert gas like helium nitrious oxide or nitric oxide I forgot sealed hose goes in I thing the top and then the bottom I believe can be open becsuse u have to let your co2 escape so you don't freak out because if your body notices oh shit I can't breathe you freak out and do what u did. with helium you don't feel like your choking so you just relaxed the whole time good to take a bunch of sleep stuff alcohol etc to keep u out once u get knocked out
