Remember: If you take your time and decide to hold off, the worse that happens is you live to CTB another day. It's better to be more at peace with your decision than try to push through intense SI and end up with a failure and possible injuries etc.

Paracetamol should also be helpful in lowering the possible headache pain too.

Ibuprofen and propranolol have interaction with each other but paracetamol is ok with propranolol. So that's good idea if u use propranolol too

Tylenol (Paracetamol) is long considered one of the safest drugs on the market.

Taking propranolol and ibuprofen together is okay. It may effect long-term blood pressure Management is all.

Being nitrite, it surprises me not soo many people have reported getting a headache like I thought would happen. I believe I have heard people complain of having a strong heartbeat feeling in their head more so than a headache?
