What angle should I go for if I stick the gun in my mouth?

Sorry. There's no degree measurement included. You could measure it with a protractor if you wanted, but, then again, are you going to measure the actual gun angle, too, when it's in your mouth?

Is there a reason for going for the yellow highlighted part versus the bigger part above it? Assuming they're with the brain stem
