600 mg is arguably on the limit of just some symptoms and annoyances.

Antidepressants are not really reliable methods, form what I know.

It's rare someone dies by pills. Puking destroys all progress. It's also extremely painful when the purging happens, so I would not recommend.

I don't think so. I half-heartedly tried to OD on citalopram a long time ago. Didn't do anything except give me anxiety.
