I have an extremely irrational fear of moths, butterflies and sometimes birds

Heights, water, escalators, and I completely freak out if I see something with a lot of small holes. I mean almost to the point of 911 needing to be called.

And given the nature of this forum this one is going to sound really weird. I'm also afraid of death.

One that I forgot to mention, is I'm so damn claustrophobic I can't have more than 2 people in a room with me if the room isn't really big. I can't ride in cars unless they're big and I'm alone or possibly with only 1 other person. Outdoors I'm usually fine, but indoors there's no fucking way.

Getting older. I miss my childhood so much and often look at old pictures and videos from I was a child and seeing what I have become both physically and mentally scares the crap out of me, I am 24 years old but minds as well be 70 since I think 24 is WAY to old for me, I was a happy innocent beautiful child look at me now..

I fear deep water. I fear the ocean and the butt ugly creatures who live in it. I fear driving as I'm so scared someone is going to crash into me at intersections. I fear being the passenger in someone else's car.

I was literally thinking about making this thread, anyone have an irrational fear, even if mild, of stickers, small stickers, small sticky bits of paper, small sticky wrappers, that kind of thing? Kind of weird I don't know why I don't like them...

I'm afraid of heights and looking up at high places (example - if I look up at an aircraft overhead I get this freaky feeling like I'm gonna float). Is there even a name for that last one? Also spiders.

I'm afraid of a lot of pretty normal things. The worst one is physical contact with other people, it can even make me cry. But I'm also afraid of people. I always feel like they want to hurt me, so I have to be scared, ready to run and protect myself.

I have a fear that's just coming into reality. I've probably mentioned that I have muscular dystrophy somewhere around here before. But it's no longer affecting just my physical abilities. It's affecting my mind. So I'm starting to get scared that by the time I'm 40 (I'm 36 now) that I'm going to either need a 24 hour nurse or be in a nursing home.

And I wouldn't call it a fear, but two things I absolutely can't stand are knots and stickers. Stickers includes things like labels on soda bottles.

I'm a clean freak. I hate touching anything another person has touched. Think about all the door handles you touch and then think about all the things people use their hands with. Now extrapolate that and think about all the common jobs people have like nursing, construction, retail, restaurants, etc and think about all the interactions and objects they touch that other people have touched previously. Or like at a bathroom with a door handle, like seriously do you really want to touch that???

I wouldn't call this a fear but I also feel massive discomfort around people - even my friends and family. Just..something inside me says 'get out of there!' and I have no idea why.
