Venting Pet peeves/hates

I have a pretty controversial pet peeve but I'm very guilty of this too. On the internet as a whole including even this website, I get kind of annoyed seeing the same exact discussion points get rehashed over and over with no forward movement in sight. Few people ever get convinced and yet people from all sides and factions seem to act like if they just keep loudly repeating their favorite opinions over and over then the people who disagree with them will suddenly disintegrate into ashes and fully concede.

Idk, again I can be guilty of this too and even though I mentioned this forum I'm not targeting anyone in particular plus I get why people would want to repeat points over and over since this is the only place we can really say some of them. I just don't know, maybe I just wish people would actually do something to prove they're right instead of using outside examples that were fed to their implicit biases. Or that they would actually do something to be the change they want to see in the world. Maybe I'm just projecting here because I want that for myself and know it will never happen but then again I'm already a major factor that annoys myself as well…

1. Law enforcement that fails to protect children or adults from domestic violence, encouraging violence, theft, distress, and hopelessness/homelessness.

2. Bad roommates/landlords.

3. Employers who encourage workplace harassment or dump work load on only some employees while others fuck around and are never reprimanded.

4. Bad relatives.

5. Thieves.

6. People who refuse to acknowledge the word STOP or NO.

7. People who SCREAM at you just because they know it causes you absolute distress or harm.

8. People who refuse to acknowledge STOP even when you scream it.

9. People who LIE, MANIPULATE, ABUSE, and say it's the victims fault.

10. People who tell victims they "will never make it" or that they have no escape.

11. Perpetrators who assault others or threaten them in an attempt to continue stealing, raping, hitting, and blaming the victim.

12. A BROKEN SYSTEM that doesn't pay living wages.

13. A horrible existence.

14. WAKING UP EACH DAY.

15. Dealing with UNREASONABLE HARDSHIPS AND UNFORTUNATE EVENTS.

16. The idea that they all have no consequences for what they've done.

17. The idea that they were enabled to cause so much harm and that people REALLY BELIEVED the FUCKING ABUSER.

18. PEOPLE WHO REFUSE TO ALLOW US TO DIE BY PEACEFUL MEASURES.

19. PEOPLE WHO THINK ITS "cool" or that it's "FUNNY" to hurt someone the way they have.

20. The fucking losers that continue doing all the fucking shit they do without ever seeing a god damn fucking consequence.

People wearing a rain coat on a clear Wednesday while holding two ice cream cones and crip walking every 13 steps, while also picking up certain blades of grass and blowing them into the gulley beside them; it doesn't stop there though, these "types" of people will also try to avoid cracks in the top right corner of each block in the sidewalk path while also timing their footsteps with the beat of the person's vehicle that is bass boosted and comes by every day at 1:32 P.M. I also see them blink 5-7 times everytime a sparrow chirps. You'll have to see it to believe it, trust me.

My Thrift shop job made me realize how much I hate people who put their donations on the ground and make me have to pick it up especially if it's a heavy ass box or bag. You do that your not being helpful, you're impatient and full of shit for doing it. Bonus points if there's a line of people and all them get the same idea to put their donations on the ground. Fuck the lot of them who do it and act like their special and caring.

2- People with noisy car no one is forced to listen to your damn music, this also goes for bikers with noisy motorcycles

3- People who never cared about the atrocities that the USA committed with poor countries but have now become an arduous defender of Ukraine and the reason I don't know why

4- People who don't have any mental problems but try to force it to get friends, likes, try to be someone different to not be a colored hair bitch anymore lol I really hate these people

5- People who never took care of their own health, never entered a shitty gym, weigh 120 kg and want to force me to be stung by an experimental vaccine (thankfully, this shit is running out)

6- Politicians, I wish they all die

7- People who don't know what it's like to be in my skin telling me to stay alive that things will get better, no you retard, things won't get better every person is a different hell

Unless their using them in their online arguments - then you can almost certainly tell that person is upset and trying to mask their true feelings.

Sticky labels that don't come off, come off in tiny bits or leave a sticky patch behind. Packaging that doesn't open properly without spilling most of the contents. Designers get paid lots to design packaging!

Acronyms. I'm too old to understand most of them and I never seem to remember what a bunch of random letters mean above maybe three! Lol! (I know that one...)

More seriously- when bad mistakes aren't learnt from- especially when it comes to safety. For example- equipment on hand used to assess JUST how bad a disaster is only goes up to a certain level because people clearly don't consider the worst case scenario. So- life saving action is taken too late.

this and packaging thats supposed to be easily opened by like tearing it open so u dont have to use scissors but only the bit that tears comes off and the bag or whatever is still sealed so u have to go and get scissors anyway >_<

as someone who likes to collect packaging stickers or stickers of any kind that aren't the sticker-y kind of stickers for the purpose of making collages and decorating things I find this infuriating as well

especially when you try to repurpose the use of a sticker but the edges keep curling up especially with those "hello my name is" stickers and during the beginning of COVID those "I visited 00/00/0000" stickers

people clearly don't consider the worst case scenario.
