I'm so tired. I can't deal with this existence, everyone is so fucking insensitive and careless, I don't care about anything anymore and this world is truly shit. I'm not looking for a painless way out, but will a quantity of 58 perphenazine pills do shit? maybe not, because they are antipsychotics, but what if I keep cutting while on them until I bleed out or some shit, I'm pretty skilled in stabbing the shit out of myself, and I also have access to blood pressure medication for high blood pressure. Blood pressure medication, Perphenazine, Drinking Bleach, Cutting. How fast will this kill me? I honestly don't care if it's painful, as long as I'm dead before I get saved. (and is it likely SI will kick in badly?)
