People who’ve tried partial suspension hanging and lost consciousness, where did you put the knot?

So i know a slip knot is recommended, but where should the knot go? To the front or back, left or right? High, low, etc? FYI I'm a woman so it's hard to find much Adam's apple. Thanks in advance.

At the back. One or two o'clock, If spine is considered 12 o'clock. And high. If you black out you are doing it right.
