The one thing thg helps me is self care and being selfish about it. Your happiness and comfort is all that matters. Depression can make you not interested to do anything that you enjoy but I try to keep a hold on them when I am feeling really down.
For me, it could be as little as going for a walk to smoking weed and listening to music to doing a whole beauty spa regimen and putting on one of my favorite shows or movies and of course your favorite food. Everyone's different. Sometimes writing helps or reaching out to a loved one or even someone on here or another forum. Keep your head up, I hope you get yourself out of this feeling, it really sucks.
