I read the eHandbook in 2015. Not sure if they updated it. Unless you're buying it yourself from a pharmacy/vet shop in a country that sales it or obtaining it from someone you trust, it's a huge gamble to order it off the dark web. Lots of scammers out there. I almost got the stuff for free by befriending a woman from Pakistan on Facebook in 2016. Then she got scared and backed out. I'm thinking about trying the "Facebook Method" again.
