A 20gm dose is perfect

Same. I was bad at math before my mental health took a decline; can't imagine trying to calculate

Using the simple formula at post #3 above,
multiply your weight (in kg) by 100. That will give the dose in milligrams.

That's it.

So for an example of a 200 lb person,

200lb = 90kg

90kg x 100 = 9000

9000 mg = 9 gm.

But

Don't ask me, I'm just crunching other people's numbers.
