It's very dismissive of others to tell you to just move and pretend that life is going okay for you. Having a brain injury isn't something that you can just move on from. I have no experience with having a TBD, but my dad does. It has been years since the accident and it still impacts him. For example, he constantly forgets things and has problems with his vision now. I'm sorry that people have been so inconsiderate and dismissive toward your struggles.
