Method Partial suspension hang advice

Anyone with some advices about partial suspension hanging? I wanna try it out but i don't know where to start from, i would really like some advices.

I have tried to kill myself through that method a few times. It's really difficult. The biggest challenge I faced was that no matter what I did, my survival instincts would kick in and I would free myself. I would try to come up with elaborate plans to prevent that, but nothing I tried worked. Ultimately I haven't found anything that worked, but if you do find anything, please let me know.
