Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I kind of want to try partial suspension as practice before FSH to see how it feels, I'm mostly concerned about bruising and eyes/face going red and stuff. Does that happen right away? Or does it require a more prolonged suspension period

Pls report on the partial suspension experience, if you get around to it. Sounds interesting
I heard bruising can be avoided by padding or using soft fabrics for suspension. A rope here isn't necessary, as you will be constricting blood flow, not air flow
More experienced people, correct me if I'm wrong. Hanging was never my cuppa

Your eyes and face won't turn red, but you can—and probably will—bruise.
Let me know the results if you go through with it, as I've been afraid of bruising myself.
I hope things get better for you and don't try anything crazy. You can black out deceptively fast.

Here to report back. Although I won't say I tried very hard. I have work tomorrow and wanted to just get a basic gist of the feelings.
The dizziness comes on fast. It's very hard to breathe. After not long, the pressure builds up under your skin, especially in your lips. The more pressure, the further up your tongue goes. You have to breathe through your nostrils. I didn't manage to pass out after about a minute and a half of suspension after two attempts, one from a higher anchor point. I used a scarf but when I actually do it I'm using rope.
At the moment my neck is quite red but not bruised. I don't feel like it'll bruise but I'll update if it does.
Overall impression: I think full suspension seems very uncomfortable but I hope it's quicker. I managed to tolerate this for about a minute and a half, so hopefully if it's quicker I can tolerate it long enough.

Thank you so much! From what you said, it seems like you only compressed your jugular arteries and not your carotids. Jugulars pump deoxygenated blood from the brain back to the heart, while carotids pump oxygenated blood from the heart to the brain. Jugulars are closer to the surface of your skin, and carotids are deeper in, so they are harder to compress. When you block your carotids, you pass out within 20 seconds (or so I've heard). If you only block your jugulars, blood will be coming into the head but not out, so pressure inside your head will build and it will be very painful and uncomfortable. Hope that helps, but I also hope that you don't need to use it. I wish you the best and thanks again!

I definitely had the scarf in the wrong place to get my carotids because even lifting my legs up and going full suspension didnt work (although I didn't tolerate it for long and had to put my legs back down). Not sure if I'll try again but if I do I'll update.
