I am a little confused about what you are doing with your feet when you do partial standing up. I am trying to do it like this, using the same method (start 4:13):

I tested it (sort of) and got dizzy, but I did not take it too far b/c my support (a banister) was weak.

My question is, are you on flat feet with the noose comfortable around your neck, or are you on tip toes with the noose pulling up on your throat?

My concern is that once unconscious, if you are on flat feet, you could somehow regain your footing while thrashing, and then you could be a vegetable.

Can someone who has tried or tested partial standing let me know the details and explain it so even an idiot could understand.

I did try partial laying down and went unconscious for a second or so, but was still propped on my arms and that must have helped me come to. There was no discomfort to the neck when this happened, and I didn't see it coming after I had tried and failed so many times before, but I can't replicate. I am expecting partial standing to go the same, with minimal discomfort, but in my (tentative) tests, it hurts the neck (upward, pulling UP on the throat, unless I am on flat feet), and I pull joints out of place all over the body, due to my injures, so I am leery to keep testing for fear of pulling the spine out.

Any help and insight is much appreciated.
